Lake Superior - and the rivers and streams that feed it - is probably the biggest natural resource we have in the Northland.  That's why it's so important that we do our best to maintain it for the future.

The St. Louis River River Alliance is holding their annual Spring Cleanup on Saturday, May 20 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.  They're looking for volunteers to join them for the morning, cleaning up the river, banks, and area that surrounds one of the largest tributary into Lake Superior.

Volunteers are asked to show up at the Archery Range in the Superior Municipal Forest.  For more details and directions, click here.
