Over the weekend I watched "Sound City", a movie about one of the greatest recording studios in America. From it's start and through it's heyday, Sound City was The place for a band to record, mainly because of one unique feature which I'll keep secret to avoid giving a part of the movie away.

The recording studio  was the studio of choice by many great artists like Neil Young, Tom Petty, Nirvana, Stevie Nicks, Rick Springfield, Foreigner, and many more. Directed by Dave Grohl, Sound City is one of rock n rolls best kept secrets. Just recently released, dedicated music fans will kick themselves if they miss this one.
