A lot of people are talking about Yoga as a way of training for running events. For those of you racing this Summer, this will help you introduce your body to a yoga training routine. In this clip Carrie Tollefson interviews internationally recognized yoga instructor Sage Rountree.

Sage takes Carrie through a sequence that is a great dynamic warm-up before a run, which you can follow along with at home. This particular workout is for endurance runners.
