As you know when you listen to me on the air, or read my bio. I love Halloween and I love scary movies. Everyone is publishing their list this year of what is the best, and all the popular ones make that list
One of my favorite Rolling Stones songs is "Gimme Shelter" and I love the vocals Merry Clayton sang in the background. Well, that's half the story, here the story in Merry's words and hear the vocals all by themselves.
CHUM invites you to help out food shelf programs by "Scouting For Food" this Saturday. The SHARE Food Drive takes place from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at area grocery stores. It's a great way to help out people in your community that need it. Scouts will hand shoppers a list of items most needed by food shelves then you can purchase them and leave them with a volunteer on your way out of the store.
Breanne Marie has worked hard for the respect in the music business and to get the sound she has with her studio recordings and with her live sound. It didn't come overnight and her big break came while she was working hard. One night she was playing and a promoter said, I would like you to open for this artist I have coming to town.
I follow Steve Huff of Huff Paranormal, he uses some equipment that isn't scientific, but he gets results. In fact, I value his opinion and have used some of the equipment that he recommended and have had great results myself. In this clip he tries to contact Robin Williams and it sounds like he has.
If I named the Disney Movie, could you sing a well known song from that movie? For instance......Frozen.....yes, you got it, "Let It Go". Ok, what if we got into some of the classic movies, play along with these guys and see how many you can get.
Jennie checked in like she does on Wednesdays, she was talking about puppies. Puppies are so cute and a lot of people like to get puppies in order to train them in the house. When you start sooner you can train them easier.
Alex and Bob talk about noises they can't explain, footsteps that follow them aboard the William A Irvin. Alex and Bob mostly work the night shift, closing things up, fixing things, and walking around the Ship. The light isn't that good, but the stories are.
Sometimes you just need something to take your mind off of work. Here is something funny. I just about peed my pants when Sam, my youngest tried a lemon for the first time. I didn't give it to him to be mean, he took it off the table when I took it out of my iced tea.
You hear it time and again on these paranormal shows, the life you lead determines how you portray yourself when you die and haunt a house. What kind of ghost would you want to be, or better yet, is it too late to be the scariest ghost you can be?
When I was a little boy many years ago, I met my first best friend. Robert O'Sullivan was a dark haired skinny kid, I was a chunky blondish kid. I don't know what got us together, I think it was music, or maybe because he lived near me. We had sleep overs like every other little kid and no worries in the world.
