Those of you that have had surgery know that if it's an injury, or even if it isn't, you have to make changes, some surprise you.

This was what we explored after Shari had her should repaired. She isn't allowed to move it at all. So she explains how she makes her everyday life work. We then went in to stories about being hurt and how we got along with that injury.

I am both handed and I had to deal with my right hand being hurt and writing with my other hand. My friend said something personal to me about when she hurt her shoulder, there was something she needed to change, I can't reveal that here, it's too personal. So, I put it in the video.

What did you learn after going through a surgery? We would love to hear your stories about you personal trials and how you had to cope.
