Savannah Cole will be featured Thursday August 24th at The Tributefest. She is very lucky, she gets to pay tribute to her idol Shania Twain, but she will also feature some of her own material. She was in on the morning show to talk about her performance.

Savannah releases her first single and is working on a second single. You can hear it at her website. savannahcole.com

A little backround from her website:

Savannah started performing in outdoor theater shows at age 4, singing everything from traditional, patriotic, and show tunes from the early days of vaudeville.  “Music was always a big part of my life ever since I can remember”, she says.  Musicals, 4-H shows, talent contests and county fairs were regular opportunities to develop her confidence and showcase her emerging vocal talent.

By the time she turned 16, Savannah competed and performed in the Miss America pageant system and was crowned Miss Minnesota in 2014.  “Performing at the historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ was special.  I was so excited and the sound acoustics were unreal”

Shortly after Savannah gave up her crown as Miss Minnesota, she began recording a couple of cover songs that had a special meaning for her.  “One of the first songs I performed was a modified version of Queen’s Somebody to Love and it was always a favorite wherever I went.”  This account is far removed from the original and we hope you enjoy this version as well.
