Mrs. Rayman surprised me with a pair of earbuds as a holiday gift this year. I've used Koss for the past eight years, until they finally busted. I could not locate a new pair, so I was always borrowing hers. This year she got me the Panasonic's RPHJE120K, in-ear headphones. They come in a rainbow of colors, and even have a year-long warranty. They cost her $9.99, but she had a $2.00 credit so the price was only $7.99.

I figured for that little money, they must be junk, but I tried them just to see. Since sound is the big thing with me, I played several songs that had both heavy bass and mid-range. The buds passed the test with flying colors. They are very comfortable to wear as well. Durability is also very important, and although I haven't had them long enough, I will say they are well built, and even come with a one year warranty.

I'm almost tempted to buy another pair, just in case I lose mine, and for under ten bucks, it's worth it. If you're in the market, go get a set. If you can't find them locally, check on-line.
