Runners Bounced Their Way to Fun at the 2016 Insane Inflatable 5K in Superior [PHOTOS]

Crowds of people from around the Upper Midwest enjoyed their turn on the course of the 2016 Insane Inflatable 5K in Superior on Saturday. The course offered new challenges and obstacles from the inaugural year, providing fun and excitement to returning runners and newbies alike. While the course had many new obstacles, the route was still on the south side of the Bong Airport in Superior.

The summerlike July morning brought temperatures in the low 70s with a little humidity, making the water stations on the course extra important this year. This non-timed event offered a lot of fun to runners of all ages and skill levels, giving them the chance to set their own pace and enjoy bouncing through the fun of the obstacles along the way.

Organizers for the Insane Inflatable 5K reminded runners that a special kids-only running event will be coming to Superior in August. This inflatable obstacle-laced running event, called the Krazy Kids Inflatable Fun Run will be taylored specifically for children ages 3-12, and will be held on August 20.
