Back in 1981, the Rolling Stones were once again on top of the world. Their most recent album, 'Tattoo You,' had settled into the No. 1 spot, and they were on the road playing its songs -- as well as dozens of others from their extensive catalog -- to sold-out audiences across the planet.

On Dec. 18, the second-to-last stop on the band's U.S. leg of the tour, the Stones made history by playing the first pay-per-view concert to be broadcast over cable airwaves. After a three-decade wait, that show -- 'From the Vault: Hampton Coliseum' -- comes to DVD, CD and Blu-ray tomorrow from Eagle Rock as part of a new From the Vault series. A special vinyl / DVD edition arrives on Nov. 24.

The set list includes Stones favorites like 'Under My Thumb,' 'Let's Spend the Night Together,' 'Beast of Burden' and others. You can watch an exclusive premiere of 'When the Whip Comes Down' above.

The concert -- which was previously available only in digital audio format on the band’s official archive site -- includes the entire two-and-a-half-hour show, including a 'Happy Birthday' singalong for Keith Richards, who celebrated his 38th that night. The second From the Vault collection, ‘L.A. Forum — Live in 1975,' comes out on Nov. 17.
