As work progresses on Highway 23/Grand Avenue in West Duluth, Minnesota Department of Transportation officials are warning the public about a leg of the project that will cause significant delays and severely impact traffic.

On Tuesday, September 1 crews will be working on a water main as it crosses the roadway at 62nd Avenue West.  The roadway will be restricted to one single lane during this time and officials are anticipating major delays.
