Rhubarb Festival To Benefit CHUM Happens Saturday

One of the great things about living in the northland is the abundance of rhubarb that grows wild;  You'll find it in people's backyards, alongside the road in ditches, and Saturday - you'll find it in the spotlight at the 9th annual CHUM Rhubarb Festival!

From 9 til 4, you'll have the opportunity to buy rhubarb, eat rhubarb, and learn about the delicacy that's good in both sweet and savory recipes.

Interested?  The Rhubarb Festival will be held at 11th Avenue East and London Road, and proceeds benefit CHUM's various programs which provide basic needs for members of our community who are hungry and homeless.
