The City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Division invites the public to the “rescheduled” third and final meeting to review and comment on the draft Mini-Master Plan for Hartley Park.

SRF Consulting has been working with the City of Duluth’s Parks and Recreation Division to develop a Mini Master Plan for Hartley Park in coordination with City staff, the Hartley Nature Center staff, stakeholder group representatives, the City’s cross country ski trail consultant, and the general public. SRF Consulting will be presenting the proposed plan followed by a question and answer session.

The public meeting will be on: Tuesday, April 15th 6:00-7:30 pm Concordia Lutheran Church 2501 Woodland Avenue (and Fairmont Street).

The plan is to present the final draft of the Hartley Mini Master Plan to the Parks Commission on Wednesday, May 14 at 5 pm at Central Hillside Center (12 E 4th St). If the plan is approved, it will then go forward to the City Council in late May or early June for adoption.
