Several media outlets are reporting that the Minnesota Vikings have decided to stick with Kevin Stefanski as their offensive coordinator.

Ben Goessling from the Star Tribune tweeted out the following this morning:

Ian Rapoport from the NFL Network is also reporting the same thing:

No official word is coming from the Minnesota Vikings at this point, but stay tuned something could come today or tomorrow.

Stefanski has been with the Vikings since 2006 when he joined the team as an assistant to former Head Coach Brad Childress.

Stefanski was also being interviewed by the Clevland Browns for their Head Coach opening, but the Browns promoted their OC Freddie Kitchens to that job this morning freeing up Kevin to take the Vikings job.

**UPDATE**

It's now official, Stefanski has been named the OC for the Vikings, in a statement Head Coach Mike Zimmer said, "Kevin is a smart young coach with a bright future, I’m happy to have him take over the offensive coordinator job. His work ethic and teaching ability have been obvious to me behind the scenes since I came here five years ago. He’s well respected by coaches and players both and I know he’s up to the task.”
