REO Speedwagon’s Kevin Cronin Shares His First Music Memory [VIDEO]

Being a big music geek, I love to read liner notes in cds and hear interviews from artists about how they write their music, to who their idols are. Dave Grohl, who is from the Foo Fighters and Nirvana, has been compiling these music memories, here’s Kevin Cronin from REO Speedwagon.

Cronin says his first music memory is also his first life memory. He was put in front of the piano and started playing, everyone thought he could play because the keys he chose to bang on were in a chord and he was playing “in time”. That moment is a good memory for him, and I think, sealed his fate as a musician. Here’s Kevin in his own words.
