With news that during a recent concert Bruce Springsteen resurrected a lost-classic that he hadn't performed since 1973 - (I.E. - "Bishop Danced") a lot of music critics have stirred up conversation that early Springsteen work sounded a lot like Bob Dylan.

I'll be honest - I've never been a Bob Dylan fan.  At the same time, I'm not a fan of Bruce Springsteen's late-model work.  I do, however, recognize the raw force of nature that The Boss was in  the 1970's and early 1980's.  Songs like "Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)", "Thunder Road", "The River", etc represent true innovation in rock and roll.

The comparison to Bob Dylan reminded me of The Boss' cover of Dylan's song "I Want You" - a bootleg from 1975.  What do you think?
