Rayman’s Song of the Day -Heart Full of Soul by The Yardbirds [VIDEO]

Heart Full of Soul  was written by Graham Gouldman, who later formed the band 10cc. Yardbirds drummer Jim McCarty said in an interview: "Heart Full of Soul, which was very moody, gave us the ability to play the riff in sort of an Eastern way, give it an Oriental touch. Another very good song."

Keith Relf, original founder of the Yardbirds died on this day in 1976. Keth was working on a guitar solo, plugged his amplifier into a power outlet, and was electrocuted by the  dampness on the floor.
