If You Knew Suzi... is the sixth regular studio album by Suzi Quatro, released at the end of 1978. By August 2012 this was still Quatro's highest-charting album in the United States (it peaked at number 37 on the Billboard 200.) The album also yielded Quatro's biggest US single hit, a duet with Chris Norman titled named Stumblin In reaching number 4 in the Billboard Hot 100.

Born Suzi Quatrocchio in Detroit, she was taught how to play drums, piano and guitar by her father, She started performing in her father's band at age eight. in 1977 the producers of Happy Days who spotted her on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine, cast her as the female rocker Leather Tuscadero. She was even offered her own spin-off show. She declined the offer.
