After making an early impact in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, then bouncing to the Raiders, Patriots, Vikings (again), Titans, and the 49ers; Randy Moss has finally decided to retire and find a new career.

After spending his career being somewhat adversarial with the media, Moss has decided to hang up his cleats and join their ranks; undoubtedly in pursuit of that "straight cash". News of a possible deal popped up on Friday when Pro Football Talk reported that Moss and FOX Sports were in talks on a deal for number 84 to contribute to the new all-sports network FOX is launching, called FOX Sports 1.

Speculation is that Moss will contribute to FOX Football Daily, a show that will also feature Curt Menefee, Jay Glazer, Brian Urlacher, and Ronde Barber. He could also be a part of their Sunday NFL coverage.

The deal, not yet confirmed by FOX, has in essence been confirmed by Moss, who tweeted about it Friday.

After retiring in 2010 and returning to the league again, Moss ends his career with nearly 1,000 receptions for more than 15,000 yards and 156 touchdowns in 14 NFL seasons.
