Prince William to the Rescue! Sailors Saved by Lt. William Wales

The dashing Prince William added to his allure on Sunday when he was part of a four-man team that rescued a pair of Russian sailors whose cargo ship sank in the Irish Sea off the coast of North Wales.
William, better known as Flight Lt. William Wales in the Royal Air Force, was the co-pilot of the helicopter crew that responded to a mayday call that went out when the Russian vessel’s hull cracked in bad weather.
While two men were airlifted to safety, one sailor perished and five are still missing. Jim Green, a coastguard spokesman said, “We know that at least some of [the missing] are wearing immersion suits and have strobe lighting with them. However, sea conditions are challenging at best.”
