Portions Of Airport Road Remain Closed For Utility Work

Heads up if you travel on Airport Road:  Crews with the City of Duluth will spend a good part of day working on utility connections for the new Cirrus Completion Center between Vandenburg Road and Ralston Drive.  In order to accommodate the project, Airport Road will be completely closed between those roads for the bulk of the day June 24.

After it's finished, the 60,000 square foot $10-million Cirrus Completion Center will allow the company room to add finishing details on newly-constructed Cirrus planes and the new Vision Jet.  Officials with the company project that the new building will allow them to hire an additional 150 workers.
