Portion Of Woodland Avenue To Be Closed For Utility Project

Woodland Ave was torn up to make necessary upgrades to the infrastructure and it was just plain falling apart. Several traffic pressure points were detoured, now it will be partially closed again.
This from the duluthmn.gov website:
Starting Monday, October 15, 2012, Woodland Avenue will be closed from 7:00 pm Monday evening until 7:00 am Tuesday morning between Elizabeth Street and Clover Street for a sanitary sewer project. Detour signs will be posted.
