Northern Lights Express Project Leaders To Host An Open House In Duluth February 25; Event Will Spotlight Costs, Benefits, And Timelines

Officials with the Northern Lights Express project are holding a series of Open Houses in an effort to keep the public informed and interested in their plans.

Attendees will learn about the estimated project costs, benefits, expected ridership, and service plans.  The meetings will provide communities the opportunity to reviews designs for the station locations and to learn about the Tier 2 Project Level - the environment review phase - and the next steps towards completion.

The Duluth event will happen on Thursday, February 25 from 6-8 PM at the Depot:  506 west Michigan Street.  Other events are scheduled in Coon Rapids on February 24, Cambridge on February 29, and in Hinckley on March 3.
