Live week 7 coverage from Mall of America field begins at 11:50 a.m., just minutes before the 4-2 Vikings play host to the 4-2 Arizona Cardinals.

Good morning everyone, we are live from the press box at Mall of America Field, the crowd seems fired up today for this NFC matchup.

The defensive lineup gets announced today after Juan Berenguer from the 1987 World Series winning Minnesota Twins blew the Vikings horn. SKOL

Vikings win the toss and will get the ball to start the game.

Percy Harvin runs back the first kick-off of the game for a TD, BUT a penalty brings back the ball, Vikings go three and out. Cards get the ball and do the same.

TOUCHDOWN run Adrian Peterson!! Vikings lead 7-0

The Cardinals haven't won in Minnesota since 1977!!

The Cardinals are driving with a good mix of running and passing, we'll see if the Vikings defense can hold them from scoring 7.

Vikings Brian Robison got the sack on QB John Skelton, forcing a fumble, VIkings recover!! First and ten VIKINGS!! SKOL!

Ponder scrambles for his life and ends up throwing an interception to Paris Lenon, Cardinals have the ball in the red zone!

That was Christian Ponder's 5th interception of the season.

Cardinals score on a running play from Stephens-Howling. 7-7

Vikings ended the first quarter with 50-yards rushing and Ponder threw for 15-yards. The Vikings also benefited from a 29-yard pass interference call against Jerome Simpson.

Ponder passes to Percy Harvin for 3-yard TOUCHDOWN!! Vikings lead 14-7

Under pressure Ponder throws his second interception of the game, giving the Cardinals a chance for a 47-yard field goal, but they MISS. Vikings lead 14-7 going into halftime.

Vikings rookie Harrison Smith kicks off the second-half with a pick 6!!! Touchdown, Vikings lead 21-7! SKOL!!

Jared Allen has a limp and is going to the sidelines.

Vikings hold Arizona on a 4th and 1, Vikings ball!

Allen appears to be OK, he is not getting any attention from trainers, so that's a good sign.

Vikings look to put a dagger in the Cardinals with this drive.

So far, Adrian Peterson has 118-yards rushing. He doesn't seem to have the speed we are use to seeing, he just can't break a long one. AP ties a Vikings record with this game, it marks 29 100+ yard games. SKOL

Jared Allen gets Skelton for a sack on 3rd down, it was a loss of 4-yards. Cardinals forced to punt.

Things are getting a little boring during the 4th quarter, so much so the crowd is doing the wave:

Vikings are sharing the sacks today, Kevin Williams just got his first, Jared Allen has 2 and so does Brian Robison and Antoine Winfield has one. SKOL!

4 minutes left in the game and Vikings fans are doing the mass exodus, haven't they learned anything? And if you're paying $100+ for seats, wouldn't you wanna stay and enjoy a victory, so annoying!?

The Vikings remain on top of the NFC North with a 21-14 win over the Cardinals, and move to 5-2 on the season.

The Vikes have a short week, they play the Buccaneers on Thursday back here at Mall of America Field.
