New Alien Droppings On Rayman’s Tree [VIDEO]

Thanks to all who responded to my recent post "Something Alien On Rayman's Tree". I've removed the cocoon. As many of you said, it was Army Worms. The cocoon is now destroyed.

While removing the cocoon, I noticed many of the branches on the same tree had a black substance on the bark. Like a fungus or a growth. The tree next to it has the same thing. The rest of the treesin that area seem to be fine. I don't quite know how to describe it, so I shot a quick video clip. Does anybody know what it is?
