At one time I had a Netflix account and loved it. Then they changed their plans & prices and I lowered my subscription. They then changed their plan once more, and I quit Netflix altogether. They have no idea where they're going, and I'd rather not be riding the bus with Netflix driving.

The business model is anything but new. It's how Netflix got its start. Last year, however, they changed the name of their DVD-by-mail format to Qwikster until they were ridiculed into changing course, requiring customers to also buy their DVD-streaming service. It's hard to argue that Netflix is a well-run company with a solid business plan
