You are invited to Lincoln Park to enjoy a little neighborhood get together, sponsored by the Lincoln Park Farmer's Market, Northern Expressions Arts Collective, & Lincoln Park Fair Food Access. With a small community picnic feeling to it, it's a great way for all the people living in the community to get together and for others to meet for a fun event.

The Community Celebration Picnic will be on Thursday, June 27, from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Harrison Park, 3002 West 3rd Street, Duluth, MN 55806. The goal is to celebrate community and the kick off of summer programs.

This Free event is open to all and starts at 3PM with the Duluth Chamber of Commerce and a ribbon cutting event.  Starting at 5:30pm a free picnic meal and activities for all ages will be offered, as well as demonstrations and tips on cooking with local produce from the Farmer’s Market.

The Lincoln Park Farmer's Market is managed by Seeds of Success, the urban farming program of Community Action Duluth, and features produce from Seeds and other local growers being open.

Come see some of the community events and classes that are featured at the Harrison Community Center. Neighborhood potluck meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of every month from 5:30-7:30pm at Harrison Community Center.  The LP Farmer’s Market, one of the initiatives taking shape, will open Thursday June 20th.

In case of rain, the event will be moved inside the Harrison Community Center.
