Last weekend's break in the 27-year-long Jacob Wetterling case has brought the Wetterling family and the memory of Jacob into the minds of many Minnesotan's.  Tonight, the Minnesota Twins will also honor and support the Wetterling family by wearing special jerseys.

When the Twins take to Target Field to host the Cleveland Indians - both teams will sport special items to keep his memory alive.  The Twins will wear red jerseys with a number 11 patch and the visiting Indians will wear the patch as well.  The number 11 has a significance as that is the number Jacob wore when he participated in sports;  as a child, Wetterling participated in many sports.

In addition to  the jerseys and the patch, the pre-game will bring a moment of silence.  There will also be a tribute to Jacob's life on an outfield wall graphic - which will remain in place for the rest of the season.
