Although this happens frequently all over the country, this time it chose Duluth's Edgewater Park. The good news is the park was shut down immediately, the water has been disinfected, and things at the Water Park  are now better than ever.

DULUTH, Minn. - Minnesota health officials have linked a parasitic disease to a Duluth water park.

Department of Health epidemiologist Trisha Robinson says several cases of cryptosporidium (crip-toh-spor-ID'-ee-um) have been confirmed in Minnesota and Wisconsin and a half dozen more are suspected. Robinson says for every confirmed case, there are dozens of others that aren't reported.
