Me and Bobby McGee by Janis Joplin – Rayman’s Song of the Day [AUDIO]

Those of you that listen to my show know I loved Janis Joplin. I think it's because I could relate to her. She put all she had into her music, into her songs. Janis "felt" her music, she didn't just sing it. The greatest white blues singer of my generation for sure.

I ran across this video, which is really audio only. I selected it because  it's a run through of her song, live in the studio, complete with Janis telling the engineer, she's not getting the sound on a specific channel. It's unusual. It was on this day in 1970 when Janis recorded the song.
