Breaking news from our partners at the Northland's News Center, is that Gov. Mark Dayton is taking a look and helping  Duluth Mayor Don Ness to put a dollar amount to the damage.

According to Mayor Don Ness, damage estimates to public infastructures in Duluth alone, is at an estimated $50 to $80 million dollars.

Mayor Ness said he was talking to the White House saying that they're watching the Northland's situation and that they will be working with him  in the following days.

On the KOOL morning show Mayor Ness talked about each individual cleaning up their yards and streets and NOT to go near sink holes and unstable land.
