Make Your Donation To Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank Go Farther; Leveraged Matching Funds Are Available During The Month Of March

The services that the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank provide to Northlanders in need is sometimes the difference needed to get them through another day.  That's why community support is vital to the success of the program.

Our cold winter has placed a special burden on the services, too.  Use of the Hermantown facility is up 11% over last year.

During the month of March, you have a special opportunity to make your funds go farther with a leveraged matching funds event.

All donations received by Second Harvest  through March 31, 2014, will receive a proportionate match (not dollar-for-dollar) from Minnesota FoodShare and its annual campaign. In addition, all donations received in March AND April will receive a proportionate match (not dollar-for-dollar) from the Feinstein Foundation's "$1 Million Giveaway to Fight Hunger."
