Chocolates are fascinating.  They're used for emotional assistance (you know what I mean!), in celebration of many events, weddings and holidays or given as a universal gift of thanks. 185 Chocolat is a local company that uses 100% French Chocolate and locally sourced organic ingredients.  But, what does 185 in the company name mean?
