Apparently state dinners and french fries aren't enough.  First Lady Michelle Obama is attempting to set a Guiness World Record for jumping jacks.

The First Lady is teaming with National Geographic Kids to get into the Guinness World Records book for the most people doing jumping jacks over the course of a 24-hour period, reports the Associated Press.

So how will the record happen - if it does?

On October 11, Guinness officials will be on hand to judge while Obama does a solid minute of jumping jacks along with hundreds of Washington D.C. school children on the South Lawn.

To break the record, more than 20,425 people need to get on their feet and perform jumping jacks for one minute between 3 p.m. local time Oct. 11 and 3 p.m. Oct. 12.
