Learn which fats are good for you and which ones are bad at an event - Tuesday, May 13 at the Lake Superior Interfaith Community Church.  Jim Naus will speak from 6:30PM to 8PM on the topic of Omega Confusion Clarification/Why Are Trans Fats Bad And Which Oils Are Safe.

This event is free and open to the public;  A "good will" donation will be accepted.
