Landlord Training To Happen In Superior On November 10

Whether you're a new landlord or one with lots of experience, there's a lot to be learned during a session to be held in Superior on Thursday, November 10.  The event is being billed as "Landlord 101 Training" - and starts at 6:00 PM in the Northwest Community Service Agency Meeting Room at the Superior Senior Center.

Topics on tap include lease documents, renewal and non-renewal notices, deposits, best-practices, WI state statutes, screening, the application process, and much more.

There is no cost associated with the session.

The Superior Senior Center is located at 1805 N 16th Street - near the intersection of Belknap and Tower.
