KOOL 101.7 ‘She-Shed Giveaway’ Rules

Listen to Kool 101.7 weekdays between 6am-5pm for the Kool 101.7 She Shed Cue To Call. Caller 7 qualifies to get into the giveaway party that will take place on November 8^th at Lucky’s 13 Pub at the Miller Hill Mall, Duluth.

Qualifiers at the party will choose a random envelope with a code inside. One of the codes will be the correct winning code that will open the lockbox. The prize is the she shed delivered for free within 30 miles of the Miller Hill Mall, A charge of $3 per mile will be added for further distances. There is no cash prize or alternate prize for this contest. Winner will be responsible to pay any taxes required by law.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older, reside in the Kool 101.7 Total Survey Area (“TSA”). Townsquare Media reserves the right to refuse to award a prize. Winners are subject to a verification process to include winner's name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, and social security number.

Employees of Townsquare Media, the Sweepstake's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

By participating, all participants and winners grant Townsquare Media/KOOL 101.7 exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
