Kiss will release the first single from their new album ‘Monster‘ on July 2, and have announced that the full-length record will be released in October. A seriously oversized photo book, also entitled ‘Monster,’ will be released the same day as the single.

According to their official website, the band will kick off the promotional campaign for these new projects overseas, in England. They’ll celebrate the 4th of July with a special intimate show at London’s Forum. A title for the new single has not been revealed, nor has the album art for ‘Monster.’

While celebrating America’s independence from England in England may seem a bit odd, the fact that the event is a benefit for Help for Heroes — an organization that helps Servicemen and women who are wounded, injured or become sick in the line of duty — will probably help smooth things over. Proceeds from the new single will also go to this worthy cause.

Members of the Kiss Army can buy tickets for the concert starting right now, at KissOnline.com. Any remaining tickets will be available to the public on Friday, June 15.

As if that wasn’t enough news, Kiss also revealed that they have signed yet another merchandising deal, this time partnering with the animated Fox sitcom ‘Family Guy‘ to produce a massive wave of stuff nobody needs.
