Kid Rock
Hats off to Kid Rock for chastising  fellow recording artists for charging too much for concert tickets. In the May edition of Rolling Stone, he stated:  "we're all overpaid, it's ridiculous. People stopped going to concerts because they can't afford them." I agree with him. The lesson here is it's better to make a little off a lot, than a lot off a few. Time will tell if this is the start of a lower ticket price trend or not. Either way, Kid Rock should be lauded championing the cause.

That being said, he's making every ticket on his upcoming tour with ZZ Top, Kool and the Gang, and Uncle Kracker just twenty dollars, no matter where you sit. Poking fun at The Rolling Stones, he adds, "The Stones are charging  $600, and that makes me speechless. I love the Stones, but I won't be attending."

Well said my friend.
