I always thought Jimmy Falon was funny, and laughed at some of his creations with SNL. When he was given his own show, I thought, is he that funny and entertaining. The answer is YES!

When I came across this priceless video with him backstage with Mariah Carey I had to share it. She has become a bit of a diva, and once she met Falon he was able to get her to step outside her comfort zone and just have fun singing.
