Isanti, Minnesota Police Squad Hits Deer At 100 MPH [Video]

Deer season is fast approaching;  if the calendar didn't give it away, the number of deer you see alongside the road would.  October and November are the months with the greatest vehicle-to-deer collision accidents in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.  An Isanti Police squad recently found that out the hard way.

The incident is a good chance to remind yourself to be observant when driving this time of year.  It's also worth noting the Isanti Police Departments advice about not swerving or steering away to avoid the deer.
