I've been deep frying turkeys for a few years now. Yesterday, I was asked to fry up a couple of turkeys for the staff, and we thought we'd take a moment to make a quick video on how to do it.

Every time I fry a turkey, I learn a few new tricks. This time, forgetting gloves was a bit of a problem (but I'm doing it at work, not doing it at home). Also when it is as cold as it is (about 15 degrees outside) the cold air tends to react with the oil causing it to stir up a bit more. It's something to keep an eye on.
