How To Make Your Donation Go Farther; Matching Funds Available To Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank This Summer

Donations to food shelf programs historically take a hit in  the summer months;  Not only do potential donors get busy but the need is also stronger - as families in need no longer have the services of public school lunch programs.

This summer, your donation can go twice as far with a matching gift from the Lahti Family Charitable Foundation.  Donations made to the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank during the months of June, July, and August will be matched by the fund up to the $10,000 mark,

This is a crucial time and your gift will go even further with the match from the Lahti Family Charitable Foundation.  A gift of $25 which normally results in 125 meals will result in 250 meals.  A gift of $50 which normally results in 250 will result in 500 meals.
