How Fast Is Your .01 K, 4th Annual Bidtoberfest Includes Race And Party

Many people have different ways of training, some people can run the race without any prior training, some prefer a beer and some vip pizza, some have a strict regiment that they stick to. Whatever the way you train, you're invited to see if you can post your personal best.

The 4th Annual Bidtoberfest .01k is run to benefit A Night Without A Home. A Night without a Home is a local sleep-out benefit during National Homeless Week for the homeless of Superior and Douglas County. The event will take place in Center City Park. Donations and funds will be accepted on-site and will go to help homeless victims. If you would like to donate separately, they are looking for winter coats, mittens, boots, blankets, sleeping bags, food, furniture (no mattresses please), cleaning supplies, new socks and undergarments.

If you would like to register click here and register by Oct. 10 and save 5$. It's $15 to pre-register, the day of the race it goes up to $20.  The race will take place Saturday, Oct 11th, 2014 at N. 12th Street and Tower Avenue. The race starts at 4pm, then join us at 4:01 at VIP Pizza for the after party with prizes.
