Most people want to eat health.  If you've tried to incorporate foods that are better for you into your diet, you've probably experienced the fact that "healthy" foods can be "pricy" foods.  The West Duluth Branch Library has a series of solutions and they're ready to offer them to the public for free - Thursday, February 19.

At 6PM, staff from the Whole Foods Coop will share information on how to eat a healthy diet that doesn't cost a fortune.  They'll also talk about menu planning, buying in bulk, nutrient-rich foods, and buying organic foods.

For more information, call the West Duluth Branch Library at 730-4280.
