Highway 53 Relocation Meeting Scheduled For June 19th; Plan E1 To Be On Agenda

The next community meeting for the Highway 53 re-route project is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19th, 10AM;  On  the agenda is the presentation of a new proposed route:  E1.

A lot of information has been in the news about the re-route of Highway 53 in the area just south of Virginia.  The impact of this move will significantly impact both travelers and businesses in the area.

Wednesday's meeting will be held at the Mountain Iron Community Center.
