Highway 210 Reconstruction Project Public Meeting To Be Held July 21

One of the remaining cleanups from the Flood of June 2012 is close to being finalized.  Officials with the Minnesota Department of Transportation have scheduled a public meeting on July 21 to communicate their plans for the section of the roadway that has been closed since 2012.

The meeting will happen July 21 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Thompson Town Hall - 33 Dalles Avenue in Thompson.

The completed project includes pavement resurfacing and improved drainage, which will reduce the chance of damage from mud slides and erosion. The project is scheduled to be completed and the highway reopened in October 2016.
