Hermantown Police Seek Suspects In BP Armed Robbery

An early morning armed robbery at the Hermantown BP on Monday morning has  authorities looking for two suspects.

Two suspects, each armed with a handgun, entered the BP gas station at approximately 2:50 AM and demanded money from the lone clerk. As before, both suspects displayed handguns during the event. The suspects left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspects are described as follows and are believed to be responsible for at least two previous area robberies:

• Suspect #1- White male, mid 20’s, heavy-set build, approximately 6’0” tall, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, light colored footwear, a blue bandana displaying a black semi-auto handgun.
• Suspect #2- White male, mid 20’s, heavy-set build, approximately 5’9” tall, wearing a gray colored hooded sweatshirt, dark blue pants, wearing a mask and displaying a silver semi-auto handgun.
