The Duluth Police Department needs your help.  They're seeking a suspect wanted on felony charges of theft and fleeing an officer.

A warrant has been issued for Darrel Donta Lloyd - a 32 year-old black male, 5' 11", 240 pounds, brown eyes, and black hair.
