Celebrity-chef Jamie Oliver has carved out a career taking people to task over their cooking and eating habits;  Most publicly, he's championed an call to overhaul public school lunch menus.

That's why this story is so interesting;  Oliver's cookbook has been named one of the most unhealthy of 2011.

According to the New York Daily News, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine criticized Oliver's Meals in Minutes, characterizing the book as, "one of the worst cookbooks of 2011." Ironically enough, eating a meatball sandwich from the cookbook is more unhealthy than eating a McDonald's Big Mac. The ingredients for the sandwich include ground beef, pancetta, cheese, and bread, which ultimately "double the calories, cholesterol, sodium, and saturated fat" of a Big Mac.

What's that old saying:  "Do as I say - not as I do"?
