Have You Ever Eaten Something While Driving?

Of course you have, we all have at one time or another right? All you have to do is watch cars leaving the drive-in window at a fast food place, and before you know it, their reaching in the bag for a fry, or a quick burger bite.

It seems thats against the law in some states. A police officer pulled over and cited a man for "eating while driving." He was eating a cheeseburger.according to an article in the Huffington Post.  What if he had purchased an ice cream cone? What's he supposed to do, let it melt in the bag?
